  I remember all the death threats and the racial slurs hurled by the TEA partiers at the DC democRATS after the healthcare bill was rammed up our patooties sideways. Wait, no I don’t.

  Since when is willfully breaking the law and violating someone’s privacy, whether they are a public figure or not, and not finding anything a viable defense? And having charges brought and essentially slapping the offender on the wrist being a deterrent to future actions by others doing the same thing? Ummmm, nope.
