  • If he had tried to keep the gun and got caught with it I could see disciplinary action against him. He would have been better off if he had tracked down the local drug dealer and given him the revolver. What ever happened to Do The Right Thing? This guy apparently did just that and was fired for it.

  • Geraldo’s comments about young men wearing a hoodie are as stupid as saying a woman or girl wearing a very short skirt is inviting rape and possible murder. It just doesn’t wash!

  • If Bud Selig does this to Houston, can it be long before he forces San Diego to change the team name and logo? Doesn’t the “Padre” also represent or at least bring to mind the Roman Catholic religion? How about San Francisco Giants, couldn’t that be deemed offensive to little people? We know what many Southerners think of Yankees especially the ones from NY! What if a large number of seafarers decided that Seattle Mariners should change their name? How about the Royals, isn’t that aristocratic and “above” the fans? One could go on with things like this for almost any MLB team and simply it points out the hypocracy of Bud Selig’s cowtowing decision.

They could start with Al Gore. That should provide heat to the building for at least a month.

  • If the U.S. Senate has its way sodomy in the military will be OK? I am guessing that rape will still be a punishable offense. What about forced sodomy? Will that be tantamount to rape or not?

  • News for “Rev.” Jackson. This is a free country. Those people who live in Chicago and wish to work in Milwaukee have a simple solution “MOVE TO MILWAUKEE.“ Nobody except perhaps ”Rev.” Jackson wants to force anyone to live in Chicago and have their means of transportation and other aspects of their lives controlled by the government. When I read the headline, I thought “Rev.” Jackson was confusing Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker with Florida Governor Scott. Anyway, it is just one more way to spend government (taxpayer) money and exert more control over “his” people.

  • While they are at it, they may as well shut down the fire department, hospitals, and all other emergency services. We won’t have to wait for the next big S.F. earthquake for that city to be destroyed and burned. These anarchists will do it soon enough.

  • FEMA Camp, maybe. But if it is “green” I have a bad feeling that we taxpayers, not some rich dude, will be footing the bill for it. You know how Obama is with this “green” stuff.

  • The press would be raising stink to high-heaven and the protesters would make what happened in the 60s look tame. Obama gets a pass though because HE HAS A NOBEL PEACE PRIZE which should be recinded since he STILL hasn’t done anything to deserve it.
