  I’m with you – no need for f bombs and I disagree with those of you saying the situation warrants it. In front of his children he could keep the language clean. While I’m on this subject, it seems “eff” has become as “like” was in the 80′s (remember, ‘like, totally cool, like, you know?’). What is with that? “Eff” this and “eff” that is so commonplace and it makes me sick. Talking like that just makes you sound like an immature, intellectually vacant idiot. Yes, I’m blunt! And it’s not just the young people, grown adults are doing this. Really, people? Ok, enough ranting.

  And my husband and I are native Oregonians but we’re moving back to Nashville ASAP. Oregon is the most beautiful state in the US and its wasted on the biggest bunch of morons! There are some great, great people here but unfortunately they are the small minority.

  I walked by Occupy Portland last weekend. Well, I got as close as the other side of the street and had to turn and get away ASAP. (By the way my purpose for being there wasn’t to observe Occupy, I was participating in an activity downtown that had nothing to do with it). Anyway, the stench was so strong you could literally taste it just by breathing. It was AWFUL. As my friend and I started walking away from it, we passed a restaurant that wasn’t open yet but someone came out with a large cart full of food and started heading down towards the camp. I had to ask, “Are you taking that to the occupy camp?” Of course the person said yes with a huge smile (I do, unfortunately, live in Portland right now, land of the highest concentration of brainless people in perhaps all of the US). I said, “So, if there were a tea party rally downtown I assume you’d bring them some lunch, too?” He gave me the look of death and walked away. On a related note, I can’t wait to move from here, Portland is way beyond what I can handle!

  Whoa. That man has kahonees. I’m so impressed by his bold pronouncements of truth, I’ve watched the clips several times! He is truly a candle in the darkness. I only hope he is given more time to speak truth so strongly.

  Oregon is insane and a tough place to live, yes. It also has more natural beauty than any other state, but it is populated with anti intellectual morons. I‘m a native Oregonian and I’ve seen it my whole life. I enjoyed 8 wonderful years living in Tennessee, then returned here for family reasons. It’s beautiful….but though to live in!

  For those of you excusing the actions of the people in Bryant Park….would it have been ok if that happened to Keith Olbermann? How about Jon Stewart? Can you imagine the outrage and news stories if this had happened to someone from the liberal/progressive camp? So I ask you…why is it “ok,“ perhaps even ”deserved,” by Glenn and his family? Answer: Because you are like sniveling little kids that think it‘s okay to harass someone because they don’t think like you. Glenn’s only crime is speaking his mind, giving his angle, standing up for what he believes to be right. And for this, you think it’s okay to mistreat and abuse both he and his family. I would hope that any one of us would be just as upset if this happened to a liberal. When this happens to anyone because of their opinions it is a disgrace and those involved should be ashamed and held accountable. I am beyond tired of people who are too intellectually vacant to understand free speech, debate and common decency…but you know what? I would stand up for you if your family were treated like that. Grow up and stand up for Glenn’s even if you hate everything he says. Makes me want to scream!!!!!!
