  The supreme court ruled that ‘when the government acts against the Contitution it is no longer acting as the government’. I haven’t seen a valid government in America my entire life.

  Encinom—The 10th amendment gives the power to the states. But it does not give the states the power to make any law that violates an individuals Constitutional Rights. For instance the state of Texas cannot decide to pass laws restricting the rights of speech or religion or the right to bear arms or any right protected by the 9th amendment, which is a lot of rights.

  How come you never hear anybody explain it the way Mr. Schiff tells it.
  Of course Corporate America doesn’t pay taxes. They pass it off to the consumer.
  Of course FDR caused the depression. His government intervention escalated a bad economy, resulting in the depression that ultimately needed a war to get us out of it.
  Of course it was government policy that caused the housing crash. Forcing banks to give loans to people that can’t afford to pay it back? Buying Mcmansions on a Mcdonald’s salary.
  The question is why doesn’t everybody know this! It should be required reading for all schools……Oh yeah…..government schools.

  If Janet Reno and Klan didn’t do time for Ruby Ridge and Waco, killing American’s on American soil, I don’t see this sending Clinton and Klan to prison. Too bad.
