  First, the Idiot that would hand over his/her cellphone, is the average American who has been programmed to TRUST the Cops. In reality, Cops are not your friend. They don’t even want to be your friend; they are doing their job [as perceived by themselves in their War of "us against Them" ] You and your Rights are an obstacle.

  Generally, during a Traffic Stop for violations, the Cop cannot demand evidence or search for evidence because the charge is a mere Traffic Violation, not a Crime.

  If the Officer stope you for a violation and during his contact, discovers what he believes is evidence of a crime, the Traffic Stop changes faces to a criminal investigation. With that said, he can now begin to seize things and search, anywhere in the vehicle, including the trunk, but not into a locked briefcase, without a further warrant to do so. In this case, if the cellphone can be shown to potentially harbour evidence related to the crime, like Drug Peddling/Dealing, he may look inside. Now, looking inside has changed to a digital invasion and exploitation of the device.

  This reasoning eminates from the belief by the officer that evidence will be destroyed if you leave in your car. There are exceptions to the circumstances that are dictated by the location of the stop etc…

  We are seeing a trend where our Police, Firemen and Teachers are marching in the streets with Communists, Socialists, and Marxists, who hate our way of life and disrespect our laws and Constitution. This must be stopped!

  A new police officer is so happy to be hired, he/she willlingly places hands on the Bible and swears an oath to support and defend the US Constitution as well as the State Constitution where he is living. Does he mean it? Probably in his momentary dream. As soon as he/she gets to work with the department he begins to be programmed effectively to see The Constitution as an obstacle and your mentioning of it, marks you as a Crazy and or malcontent.

  They attend Seminars to learn techniques and approaches to nullify your resistance or to circumvent your Rights.

  If asked by his agency, the average Cop would dawn the riot gear willingly and come on out to beat you down.

  Learn your rights! Dont tolerate mistreatment and disrespect.
  The Cops are not your friend, they dont even know you.
  They are no longer Servants, they behave like Tyrants.

  If the King and all the King’s men ignore, desecrate and violate the laws; are there any laws? The master does as he wishes whilst he punishes the serf for breaking laws. As you know, evidence obtained illegally “can” be used in court to impeach the defendant, but otherwise is inadmissable.

  Trump tells it like it is; a trait that has been absent in Washington since Reagan. I‘m not sayin he’s Reagan, but he understands the problem and knows what the solution is. Let’s give him a chance; at least he’s not a Muslim Cronie. Let him speak, compare him to others like Allen West and Tim Pawlenty etc…
