  am I pretty sure FL law allows, actually mandates, the “destruction” aka killing of any that are over s certain size, those that would be a danger to humans.

  First off that would not happen, That is but one problem, and you have to fix ALL of the problems before companies would return

  Second, the Federal Government should not favor one industry over any other. That is “Subsidising” or Picking Winners and Losers.

  Taxation is not for Social Engineering, it should be used ONLY to raise funds needed for government function, ONE set of rules should be creates and EVERYONE follows those rules, not “If you do XXX you get XXX Tax break because we like that activity”

  SImply the Tax code (i.e Flat Tax) and Get rid of alot of the Federal Regulations then you would see the boom your looking for, Having the government pick winners and losers is Totalitarianism, not small limited constitutional governance

  and that I why I will never support Santorum, He is fine with Big Government, as long as it is the “Right Kind” of big government… The Catholic Kind

  Santorum is by far the most Anti-Freedom, Anti-Liberty person in the race

  Despite the best efforts of Glenn Beck, this Site, and GBTV to paint him as a freedom loving, small government guy, The Truth does get out, even if people try to cover it up.

  He is the Antithesis of Freedom and Liberty and should be opposed at all costs…. A vote for Santorum is a Vote for Serfdom

  I have a problem with the Government Picking Winners and Losers

  Taxation is not a tool for Social Engineering, it a tool to raise revenue for government functions, PERIOD

  So everyone should pay the same rate, and have the same rules, not different rules for some people because the government favours your business activity over another business activity
