  So let me get this straight, he had probable cause to stop the vehicle, so he stopped it. He gave the guy a warning and told him he was free to go, but the guy didn’t leave. He gave consent for a K9 to do a free air sniff and it indicated a drug odor, which is probable cause to search the vehicle. When searching the vehicle, he found marijuana shake, which proved there were drugs in the vehicle. Instead of arresting the guy for little pieces of marijuana, he let him go. Everything in there has been deemed legal by the Supreme Court! And the only “cop” defending him is an ex-cop that admitted he used to lie on a regular basis (which kills his credability as an expert witness). No problems here.

  And no, there are no quotas or that guy would’ve gone to jail for the little shake on his floor board.

  I‘m a police officer and I’ve fought with a diabetic whom I believed to be intoxicated before. Once his blood sugar leveled out, he was fine…sore, but fine.

  Now the only reason the city paid out in this video was because of the idiot corporal (or sergeant, couldn’t quite make out the stripes) who walked in, kicked him 3-4 times in the head, then walked around back. You don’t kick someone in the head, on purpose, if they’re not trying to kill you.

  So really? Is calling someone a “princess” sexual harassment now? Well shoot, then I’ll be getting a lawsuit from when I last went to Disney. I talked to all the “princesses” with my 3 year old little girl and addressed them as such.

  But seriously, people are too damn sensitive these days. If he called her “Sugar T**s” *shudders* or something like that, than sure, but “princess?” Come on people!
