  @johnjamison Thank you! I was beginning to think I was the only one around here that actually understands the Constitution. Even the NRA and gun owners don’t get it anymore. The argument has been changed to, “you need to know the laws of wherever you go regarding guns”. No WE DON’T! The 2nd amendment GUARANTEES our right to carry in any state or city in the U.S. Any laws passed by a state or local municipality are in direct violation of the 2nd and 10th amendments. I hate that the NRA believes that any time a pro gun law is passed in a state, it is considered a win. WRONG! How is it a win, when laws are passed to overturn laws that are unconstitutional in the first place? Good Lord it just gives me a headache realizing that people who claim to be for the Constitution, don’t even get it.

  Busy signal when calling 911. Reason #5,153 to carry a gun. And I agree with GEONJ’s comment. This thugs think they can get away with anything, and unfortunately, the government encourages that thought. Citizens start shooting these thugs when there is an incident like this, they might rethink their actions.

  While I agree with the China sentiment, I disagree with the waste of money statement. I‘ve wondered for years why somebody hadn’t done this already. If I had that kind of money, I would do it too, because he’s gonna make bank on this venture. I guarantee he’ll be able to price the tickets any way he wants, and it’ll sell out as soon as they go on sale. I would go even further if I was him. I would have the crew dress like 1912 for the maiden voyage, and have the same kind of music and entertainment. I’d also stop the ship at the spot the original sank for the same amount of time that it took to sink for people to reflect and remember and show their respect for those lost. I’d also make sure any family members of the original passengers had tickets for free.

  I’m beginning to think this case really has nothing to do with Zimmerman and Martin, and everything to do with them trying to clamp down on the 2nd amendment. Nothing in this case adds up.

  I bet this poor guy ends up dead before this goes to trial. The case in AZ that Glenn talked about doesn’t have ANY evidence to support the shooters claim of self defense, where in Zimmerman‘s case there’s not only physical evidence, but witnesses also. I believe this man to be a political prisoner at this time. If this doesn’t make your blood boil, you’re either stupid, or rooting for the downfall of America.

  For those who say we have to unite behind Romney just to get rid of Obama, I have an honest question to ask. We all know everything is about to collapse, and the only way to stop that is to have a president that will completely reverse course. We know that Romney will not do this. He’s anti-2nd amendment, he will not open up all domestic sources of energy, and he will not fight for the full repeal of Obamacare. He also is pro illegal alien. So, knowing he will continue the course we are already on, even if he just slows it down, everything will still collapse. When it does, if he is president, the left will scream that it’s all the republicans faults, and people will buy into it, and we’ll never have another conservative president in our lifetime. I also believe war will happen when everything collapses. Do you want to see the war aimed at “conservatives”? Or would it be better for the people fighting to see undoubtedly that it’s the progressives fault since they are in charge? I don’t want war either way, but at this point, I‘m not sure there’s a way out. Please tell me where I’m wrong in thinking this. I pray I am, but does anybody really believe that Romney will do a full reverse?
