  It sounds dead on to me! I was a victim of an event in the 70′s that, if I had followed this advise, i would have avoided. I was attacked in my car at a stop light while driving thru a black neighborhood and was luck to get out alive. I wasn’t the only one attacked at that corner that day. Now I pack!
