  I don’t care if someone is gay or not, I believe in live and let live. But redefining marriage is a different story. Marriage is between one man and one woman. Don’t change the meaning of something to justify your behavior. And don‘t give me the argument about violating their civil rights by saying they can’t marry. They can marry anyone of the opposite sex that will have them. It won’t be long that marriage will be stretched into something even more. There are people in this country that would like to be married to more than one person so how do we tell them that isn’t possible? When we allow the redefinition once, you have to allow it twice, three times….

  So he wrote something that didn’t even occur to him to be a racist slur. Some people don’t use racist slurs and are not always aware of them. If you‘re not a racist person you don’t automatically think that way. That’s left to people just looking for something to scream about, like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson for two. So much for free speech. We’ve lost that right. You have to look at everything you say in the context of politically correctness. Hirsi Ali once said that political correctness will destroy this country and she was right.

You can live your life anyway you want, but why do you have to redefine marriage to suit your lifestyle, and deny me the freedom to believe that marriage is what it has for been for thousands of years?

  I asked a few Catholics I know in a large Catholic community in Iowa if their priests had discussed the abortion and contraception issue at the mass. They all said no, they had not. One said it would be a pretty touchy issue to bring up since most of the congregation were democrats. I don’t understand how they can keep voting for politicians who stand in favor of such important things that the Catholic religion is against. Is being a democrat more important than your religion or are they just that clueless. In either case the priests need to step up, get informed themselves, inform their congregation and make a stand for their beliefs.

  They probably got caught trying to hire prostitutes for the politicians. Are’nt the Secret Service suppose to look the other way when the politicians are doing something illegal?
