  I am wondering the percentage of black voters that voted for Obama?
  Wouldn’t that make them racist too?

  I live just around the corner from that station, and you do have the option to go in and pre-pay with cash and not get your ID scanned. I also always pre-pay for gas when using debit/credit card to avoid the afore-mentioned $75.00 hold on my account. It has happened to me before.

  What a bunch of ego-maniacs…..The police presence was nothing more than the usual deploration on NYE in NYC to control the crowds, keep the streets clear and everyone safe. The helicopters were not there watching you OWS losers……It happens every NYE for years now….Here’s a news bulletin for you……Regardless of how important you think you are…..this is just business as usual. Hate to burst your entitlement bubble, but it is not about you. BTW……when it got cold and snowy…..where did you all go all of a sudden? Guess the message isint as important if it inconvieinces you?

  When was the last time you heard of a police officer stopping a rape or murder in progress? Does someone being raped have the ability to call 911? These are both crimes that are investigated after they are reported, not during the act. I can see robbery being a direct result of fewer officers, but the other two crimes will be unaffected.
