The law is the law, he should have known not to bring a gun to NYC.If you don’t like the law work to change it. I live close to NYC but leave my gun home if I go there. It’s easy for you guys to say hang in there and fight it, you are not the ones facing 3-1/2 yrs jail time and loss of your right to carry.

She should have known better, however, she owned up to it and did not try to hide the fact, I don’t think she should be prosecuted. I have a carry permit for my state but always check the laws when I travel to another state.
