  • POTUS: “What do you mean a bridge collapsed in Indiana?! I told them to pass my jobs bill or the bridges would fall! I told them all!”

Staff: “No, Mr. President, this is Indonesia, far far away from Indiana.”

POTUS: “Oh, well.. Call up MSNBC, I want it to be Indiana before sunset! We have to pass my jobs bill now, or the Republicans will blow up more bridges! Just because they got Indonesia and Indiana confused today, doesn’t mean they will tomorrow!”

Staff: “Rachel Maddow is on the phone sir, she wants to know if Newt Gingrich is responsible.”

    POTUS: “She?”

  • I think it‘s kind of sad that Christianity has become the opposite of it’s own teaching. Free-Will allows us to make reality what we want, perception is relative to the perceiver, no?

This is a country of men and women, some of whom still subscribe to the idea that any citizen has the freedom to do as they please so long as no one is harmed. But this idea of creating a boogeyman of the Holiday to petrify your children of a certain day of the year is just sick.

    Seriously people, why?

You owe it to your child to expose them to the world, gradually of course, but still if they want to celebrate Halloween let them. You should be smart enough to have previously educated them that while it’s fun to dress up and pretend, none of what happens is real. If you steal imagination from your children, you feed the Godlessness that surrounds them. If they cannot reason fact from fiction because of your fear of a “Devil Night”, I believe you’ve failed your child, or children.

I’m so sick and tired of these bible thumpers embarrassing the rest of us who use the free will given to us by our God. You abuse the bible, it’s a handguide not a rule book. You are not given a flaming sword to protect your home, you will not rise from the dead, you cannot cut someone’s hand off for stealing.. It is a collection of stories from the past to help guide us through our present.

Banning/Fearing Halloween is foolishness, and you should feel terrible for instilling fear in a child o

  • I think it’s unfair to poke fun at him; of all the bad he’s caused, writing checks to help individuals is a good thing. It may not be the best thing to do, but it displays that although he believes the Government should help, and do it for them, he still wrote a check from his own account. Not from the treasury. That matters, I think so anyway.

It doesn’t change my vote, I won’t be contributing to his re-election, but I think it’s a nicer, softer, individual-friendly side of President Obama that we don’t see often.

So please, think twice about giving him a hard time, it isn‘t your money he’s throwing away. It might be his paycheck paid for by you, but it’s still the money he earned doing the job his followers voted him to do.

  • I think it’s a really good looking car, and that it would’ve sold well, had it not been for the governments of the world sticking their noses into it. We see many independent car makers poking their heads up all across Europe, India, Russia, and Japan. Here in America though, while we endorse the idea of having jobs here in this country, we swat down any attempt at doing it yourself. The Fisker Karma has a diesel powered generator by the way, it’s on independent of a liquid fuel. It’s technically a hybrid. In any case, I think it would‘ve sold well here in America had it been left to it’s own ability. They might’ve thought harder, and built something for us common folk, not some $97,000.00 behemoth that only movie stars and government workers can buy.

That’s just my two cents though.

  • Liberals celebrating war, the military, the torture and execution of a man without due process.

Weren’t these things war crimes under Mr. Bush?

  • I‘d like to think that he’s so comically inept at this because he’s used to having a chart behind him, or notes that everyone can review. Remember he’s a business man, and while yes, it is easier to sell Pizza than a flat tax, he might be over simplifying. Politicians are practiced at over explaining, or saying nothing at all in a two hour speech.

  • While the words from his mouth are confusing, I think Mr.Cain is pitching for the over-turn of Rowe V. Wade, as well as laws being drawn back from the subject of abortion. Meaning, less action, more talking. He wants to move abortion away from being a procedure at the hospital, to a discussion at home.
While he’s not articulating this very well, he’s also pitching for having a President that can see beyond his own nose.

  • Walnut? Wut?

Psh, typical Californian, nobody but the left can insult blacks. It’s cool bro, you voted for Obama now you can use racial slurs.

  • Ron Paul unveils new pro-life ad

I’m no Ron Paul supporter, but this made me cry.

  • Juniemoon,
I’m sorry that with all the time you spent listening to Glenn, you hadn’t picked up on the Constitution. While the Founders themselves may have had beliefs, they wanted the United States to accept all religion. Freedom of Religion, means Freedom of Religion. If you want to be in a cult, you’re allowed to be in a cult. Right?

So I think it‘s mighty ’Progressive’ of you to issue a statement telling Glenn how to worship. I’m sorry, I don’t recall that being your right, or anyone’s right. I have no power over you, but I shun the narrow minded ideals upheld by yourself, and Pastor Jeffress.
