Sour grapes? About what?
What makes you think I am a huge fan of those people you just listed?
If you’d like to refute my post, please do so, but what you said meant and conveyed nothing.

He’s changing the country? Really?
I mean, he talks a lot about changing the country, which is fine. It’s just that, from looking around here, it seems like the economy is crumbling, the muslim caliphate is coming to abort all of your children, the muslim socialist kenyan in chief is cruising to re-election, and Christianity as a lockstep religion is facing internal strife.
Not that I believe any of that crap, just that if all you knew came from this website, you’d be hard pressed to believe that this country is currently changing for the better. But hey, YOU GO GLENN

Nah, it’s just all about money.
Which is pretty dang accurate, especially in light of the Citizens United ruling. Great job Scalia.

Did you read the piece? You can certainly make an argument disagreeing with it, but what you said right here is a throwaway line by someone who obviously did not read the article.

Aquinas, eh?
“Things which are of human right cannot derogate from natural right or Divine right. Now according to the natural order established by Divine Providence, inferior things are ordained for the purpose of succoring man’s needs by their means. Wherefore the division and appropriation of things which are based on human law, do not preclude the fact that man’s needs have to be remedied by means of these very things. Hence whatever certain people have in superabundance is due, by natural law, to the purpose of succoring the poor. For this reason Ambrose [Loc. cit., 2, Objection 3] says, and his words are embodied in the Decretals(Dist. xlvii, can. Sicut ii): “It is the hungry man’s bread that you withhold, the naked man’s cloak that you store away, the money that you bury in the earth is the price of the poor man’s ransom and freedom.” (Question 66, Article 7.)”
