Thanks. Everything steams to my laptop, including GBTV. Everything to my Roku, except GBTV. GBTV told me that they are quite aware of the scope of this problem.

Again, thanks for your reply. We’re into the 20th day of trying to figure this out; and we’ve gone through the basics over and over …

You are correct, GBTV sends the feed downstream, but they need to know where to send it. So if GBTV gets confused, as they did with the password issue, they could be the cause of the problem as well as every subsequent point (provider) on the download feed. Apart from the technical issues, the ?Customer Service? issues are beyond frustrating. My guess is that Glenn would find them unacceptable. However, trying to communicate with his folks is difficult, at the very best.

We join the Frustrated wannabe GBTV viewer.

Thanks for your reply. Every channel works on Roku, except GBTV. Checked everything out relative to the ISP’s modem, download speeds, upload speeds; no issues.

  • GBTV & Roku – Finger pointing and ?Customer Service?

On the first 2 days of Restoring Courage (Jersualem), GBTV/Roku worked. So, we went out and purchased a 2nd Roku for our guest room. Since then, 20 days and counting, GBTV/Roku will not work. GBTV says it‘s Roku’s fault. Roku says it‘s GBTV’s fault. GBTV brings in MLB and, they can’t fix it.

Our friends and family, who purchased GBTV/Roku at our suggestion, aren’t having a problem.

We supported Glenn for years. Can anyone out there help? Emails to Glenn, Stu, Pat and Raj remain unanswered. GBTV ?customer support? said, “If you wish to cancel your subscription to GBTV, please reply to this message and we can do that for you.”

    20 days and counting …
