  Okay, so let me get this straight… The Congress knowingly presented and passed a faulty bill, with the intention of revisiting it to “Fix” the glitches at a later date.So now, in order to “Fix” it, they’re going to pass new IRS rules!?

  This shouldn’t surprise anyone at this point, Obama studied Constitutional Law in order to find ways to subvert it. He’s on a mission to “Fundamentally Transform” America, and Congress is complicate.
