I have read several posts and I honestly don‘t think most posters understand what a politician’s job really is….of course, I honestly think that politicians have become more than they were intended to be. They are not leaders….you have 2 groups….the actual leaders, President, VP, SofS….and then you have your representatives and senators….the latter are voices for you and me. They don’t have a “vote” so to speak….their vote is the majority vote of their respective constituents. That is the only vote they have! But we have allowed them to become more than what they were intended. We count on them to “LEAD” us and then we get upset when they don’t! If you want change..you have to be willing to change how you think and how you react to what you’re telling your “signal caller”….WE GIVE THEM DIRECTION….not the other way around! Remember, “A Government by the People…FOR THE PEOPLE”!!! Politicians are glorified jurors….they’re filling a civic duty and should follow the rules of law just as anyone else! They should listen and value what their constituents are telling them! Not the other way around! Just my 2 cents worth!
