Jail Time for Insulting Obama? Student Who Stood Up to Outrageous Teacher Speaks for First Time
May 23, 2012 at 8:18am
I tend to agree with Alexander Hamilton when he wrote in the Federalist Papers that it would be insane for the federal government to get involved in public education because education is the key to local problem solving. Each community has unique problems that can only be solved with localized education. Since parents are the only people responsible for the education of their off springs and teachers are hired to represent the parents in a portion of that education, education can only be managed effectively at the local level. This situation highlights the weaknesses of public education being controlled remotely in your community.
If you live in a community that has a shrinking population your public education system is failing you. No community can reasonably expect some other community to train the seeds of growth and survival, the children, for their communities benefit. We plant the seed, nourish the seed and give the harvest away… does that make sense to anyone?

MSNBC Host Tweets That Same-Sex Marriage Is a ‘Civil Right’
May 21, 2012 at 10:54am
Why marriage? Why not a civil contract between two consenting adults? Children
Who is responsible for the survival of the children?
How are family blood lines traced?
Who knows who is family and who is not should the consenting adults be of the opposite sex?
Can we grow a family, a community, a state, a nation with same sex marriages?
UPDATED: N.C. Teacher Suspended For Telling Student He Could Be Arrested for Talking Badly About Obama

How did this teacher get into public education?
Children are the jewels of a family. This teacher represents the parents. Parents are the only people responsible for the education of their children. Teachers are hired to represent the parents in the process of teaching children to survive.
School board members are elected to represent the parents in the process of hiring teachers and setting curriculums. Is the school board who hired this teacher still on the job? Parents need to visit classrooms, visit school board meetings and do something about this level of competency representing the parents in the classroom.

Why is the United States the longest running government in world history? Is it because we built on something, unalienable rights or because we built on legal rights such as minimum wage?
Was the United States the evolution of Nature’s Laws unalienable rights o rLegal rights such as what the monarchy of England was handing out?
If our children don’t know what the key to making the United States exceptional, can we expect our children to keep our world record of building a society on unalienable rights going?
“ism” style government, built on Legal Rights, come and go, often within a couple of generations. What makes the United States the exception? How could our President, a Constitutional scholar, not know the United States is not exceptional? If he doesn’t know the United States is exceptional, can we expect our high school graduates to know?
Its our responsibility to teach our children the United States’s story. Do you know what makes the United States exceptional?

Unalienable Rights to each of individual. Order of succession limited power You to community.. you and community to state… you and state to federal
Federal was not given the right to interfere in individual religious practices. What does the Alabama state constitution say? Was the state given the right to interfere with community or individual religious practices? Was the community given the right to interfere from the individual?
What does unalienable mean… came from Creator… not from legislation..

The good news is someone actually reported the truth and the public noticed. The next good news is now more and more of the press is learning that someone is looking over their shoulder at what they’re doing and will call them on substandard performance.

The idea with College Tuition Loans is not to lower college costs, its to get more money in the system.. This in the vain of FannieMae, FreddieMac who purpose was to get more money into the housing system. More money in either system has the same effect, increase the price of the product.
Eventually the college tuition well experience the same problem as housing. In college’s situation they will have huge contracts to professors and no students. Then what happens to the colleges? States will have to kick in more funding in a era of state budget problems.
Inalienable Rights vs Legal Rights, Constitutional Government vs Progressive Government
Where do rights come from? King of England and those of similar ilk or our Creator in the form of Natural Law?
