  I rest my case. You probably have serious anger management issues and most likely beat your wife, kids, and dog. The only solution you know is brute force. No one is coming after you, no one is trying to take anything you own, there is no reason to hunker down in your bunker. There is nothing wrong with being prepared or defending yourself, but to talk like you do shows serious mental issues. You are the perfect caricature of the ignorant, gun-toting right wing radical that brings the trolls to this site. You make fools out of us all. Worse, you probably consider yourself a Christian but you have no love for your fellow man. Anyone who does not share the same political worldview as you is simply a target.

  Well sure! We are all human and most of us still allow the world to get the better of us.

  But it really gets old hearing other people’s hypocrisy used as an excuse to keep one from Christ. Why not just focus on your OWN walk with the Lord and not worry so much about everyone else?

  Maybe we ALL should start paying taxes? Better yet, maybe a scheme like the fair tax would work better?

  In any case, the tax exempt status is a sword hanging over the church’s head. They a
  re being silenced because of it. It is also my experience that even the smallest country churches can raise impressive amounts of cash. Simply paying the taxes should not be an obstacle to most churches.

  We need to get out from under the thumb of the government. ESPECIALLY the church.
