  • I’m thinking some compensation should be in order – for the nights they had to spend in hotel rooms, because they were too fearful of returning home; for the meals they had to purchase; for the mental anguish and suffering that they have had to endure, and will continue to endure since being placed in the crosshairs of all the hate groups who may now mistaken them for their other “target”. No, sorry is NOT enough. Be a man of honor and make it right.

  • My thoughts exactly. The flight attendant scenario reflected another ranting lunatic. It’s almost as if their brains are lacking oxygen. Or: Maybe they need to takd some blood samples… Is something being slipped into their beverages?

All this makes me want to fly all the more…. NOT!

  • Rainman comes to mind.

  • @DOT, my reply didn’t tie to your statement for some reason. It begins with “Oh Lord, you’re scaring me!”…please read my comment! Thanks.

  • Oh Lord, you’re scaring me! But, where will the mandated funding come from… We the people? Or, are they just going to print more money. If it does come from us, will should be considered a tax. Didn’t the Obama staffer a couple weeks back say this was not a tax when he was questioned weeks ago about OboCare? Does this point even matter any more… it’s all so confusing… and they like it that way.

  • Thanks so much for being there! When I turned around in the crowd and saw you – had to take a double look! LOL! Just went to see your videos – and I absolutely respect what you are doing! Thoroughly agree with your message. We need more good people like you running for Congress. Best wishes from the midwest.

This actually was a very decent article about our Road to Repeal Rally on 3/24. As a quote from one individual: “There comes a time in a man’s life where you have to step up for what you believe in,” said Dean McDonald, a business owner from Atlanta. “Now is one of those times.”

If you had attended, you would have heard Congressman Louie Gohmert (Texas) thank us for being there in the rain, and he honestly meant it. We can’t just sit idle while government continues to overreach. He expressed his opinions regarding the unconstitutionality of this bill and the absolute NEED to make our opinions heard, and he helped guide us “to our cars” by taking a short-cut of sorts… right up to the steps of the Supreme Court! Our group, albeit small, represented (I believe) thousands more who could not attend. Listen, we already know this, but DC is detached from the rest of the country. Actually discussed politics afterwards with a local who in his mind thought the economy was actually getting better! (and he was a FOX journalist of all people!) They are completely out of touch in DC, which is all the more reason why we need to be there at those events to make our voices heard.

Currently I believe they are debating whether or not this is considered a “contract”. If correct, contracts in and of themselves are not forced on people – such as this healthcare law, but an agreement between them. There has been NO agreement whatsoever of the over 70% of individuals who do NOT favor this bill/law. .

Oh, believe me… we haven’t “gone away”. We are your neighbors and co-workers, the ones pushing his/her grocery cart in the store, the person sitting beside you in church, the one behind you in a car (truck, van, etc), Yes, we’re here – and we attend our Tea Party meetings/912 meetings/Rallys, etc.. Our groups have not decreased in size, we’re still on topic, and we surround them.

It was a peaceful Rally to Repeal in DC on 03/24 with very little opposition, save for a few car horns. The DC occupier tents sat deserted. Apparently the nasty weather was a little too much for PAID protesters.
