  I manage a pool company here in Va. “Salt ” pools are still chlorine based. We put salt in the water and use electrolysis to make sodium hypochlorite in a very pure form. The benefits are many. You can learn more about it at autopilot.com. Salt generators for pools were pioneered in Australia because they didn’t have the infrastructure to ship actual chlorine around the country. These systems have been around for 35 years or there about. The green thing is just a marketing thing. :)

  We pulled our girls (twin 12 year olds) out of GS last year because of the following. In order to go to GS Camp, they REQUIRE your child to have a pap smear. This should not be done to a child. And why the hell is it needed. Are they trying to prime our children for early sexual activity? Is it promoted at camp in lieu of abstinence? No one in the group gave us a reasonable answer, so my girls will have no part in it. Liberalism is a sickness and it has infected every facet of our lives. In many cases they go after impressionable children, just like any other drug dealer low life in history. We must stand up and destroy this twisted ideology. You can’t compromise with evil, you must destroy it.

  I think the reason Newt is doing well in the polls with the Tea Party and others is that he has the spine to call Obama what he is. A Marxist/Socialist, Appeaser, Liberal …… Only Newt and Bachman are strong enough to stand up to the left and the media. I am sick of milk toast moderate politicians being afraid to say the truth. Say it loud and proud. Be FOR America and FOR the Constitution. STOP with the wimpy “let’s not be partisan” crap. We are in a fight for the very being of this great Nation. The democraps are partisan about everything. They spout tolerance but attack all things Christian or Conservative. We don’t need to work with them. We need to DEFEAT them. Why is it that the women of the GOP like Palin and Bachman seem to have a bigger pair than many of the men??

  I just got back from Lowe’s. It’s the third time I have been there this weekend. I am glad they are standing up for their RIGHT to advertise where they wish. My brother works at Lowe’s Corporate in NC. Hang in their and don’t cave to these goofball fanatics. Most of them have no home to improve anyway.
  Besides, the show is a farce. Muslims are taught to lie, cheat, and kill us Infidels anyway. That is true bigotry and hate. Religion of Peace my *ss.

  I agree . The bond between fans students and family at VT is exemplary. Nothing quite like it. My mom was working beside campus in 07. I worried all day. My wife and 2 daughters are on lockdown, but I have spoken to them and all is ok for now. This situation is not the same as 07. I think it is one man running from the law, not a suicide nut job. Praying for the two lost and for all others safety. Hang in there. Go Hokies. :)

  I live very close to VT and my wife teaches in nearby Radford Va. Yesterday their was an armed robbery near VT. Many locals think it may be that the officer stopped the perp from that robbery. I will post more as I get it from other locals. If conceal carry was leagal on campus, this kind of thing would be greatly reduced. Just look at the conceal carry campus website. The stats prove gun control doesn’t work but a well armed populous does.

  I have worked for the same company almost 20 years. I started out being a gopher for the service techs. I worked hard, educated myself, and now I manage the entire company. I have a bad back and could be on disability easily. No way. I will do whatever it takes to raise my children (2) and support my family. I have lost everything before and may again soon due to the crappy Obama economy. If so, I will pick myself up and try again. All I need is the govt to stay out of my life. I will have MY American Dream. If the useful idiots protesting Wall Street tried 1/2 as hard to get a job as they do being fools for a socialist agenda, we would all be better off.

  I remember what I was doing when it happened. I was sick and stayed home from school that Monday. I watched on the tv all day. Reagan was a great man from the greatest generation. America needs someone like him that is willing to stand up to the leftist commies and be PROUD of being a conservative. If properly explained, conservatism will win every time. Reagan was a man of principle. He stuck to his beliefs even if they were unpopular at times. I don’t think a politician has done it since.

  I thought the same thing. It seems very dangerous to allow that many people in the building. I’m sure if a disaster did happen, it would be the Governor’s fault. This protest is a good thing. It is showing the true side of the union thugs and their misguided agenda. The longer it goes on, the more the people will turn against them.
