  The Constitution doesn’t say that if you are a fellon or any other type of crimminal that you lose your 2nd Amendment right to protect yourself. EVERYONE has the 2nd Amendment Rights!! “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED!!! It doesn’t say if you are a Fellon or any other type of crimmal you lose your Rights!!!!!!

  “The ICIRR writes that in the last five years, 48,330 people have been deported from the Chicago ICE region leaving an estimated 80,550 children without a parent.” See that is a problem that could be solved very easy, send the children with their parents back to the Country they came from prior to crossing our borders illegally!!!!

  14th Amendment doesn’t give the Children special causes to stay in our Country illegally.

  “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

  What folks miss is the little word AND, “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, AND subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside…” So if your parent wasn’t a legal citizen to begin with, then there isn’t a legal jurisdiction for their child to become a legal citizen. Deport the whole family!!!!!!!!!!!

  Don’t you think it is funny that a True Socialist and Progressive even knows that there is at least 14 Amendments in our Constitution?? I think that they need to read the 14th Amendment first before they start to try and use it as a solution to raising the Debt Limit. There isn’t anywhere in the Amendment that says the President can raise the Debt Limit or does it say that the 14 Amendment amended Article I, Section 8; where it says “The Congress shall have Power To borrow Money on the credit of the United States;”.

  This just shows us why this Senator needs to be Impeached. Sen. Sanders is not following his oath or following and protecting the Constitution.

  When will these Damn Judges and Lawyers learn English and the definition of words?? They all need to start with this little statement “Shall Not Be Infringed”!!! It doesn’t matter what this Judge or any other Judge thinks, but it is in Plain Langue that Everyone has the Right to Bear Arms, Shall Not Be Infringed!!!!!!! Nowhere in the Constitution does it say that if a person has committed a crime that they lose their Right to Bear Arms. Everyone has the Right to Bear Arms and that Right Shall Not Be Infringed!!! We all have the Right to protect ourselves and property!!!

  This is what happens when we allow our rights to be slowly taken for us. We give too much power to the Police and Government and this is what happens. In this case the officer was so far out of line and caused this whole incident to happen. Even during a legal stop the Cops work for ALL CITIZENS even the ones that commented a traffic violation.
