  Yes Gov. Perdue, the rest of the country IS watching us, as is the rest of the world; but most importantly of ALL, GOD IS WATCHING US!! And THAT Mrs Lame Duck Gov is what the people that voted FOR this amendment GET. We understand that God is God, and neither YOU, nor any other Democrat is NOT; despite what your vanity tells you. In fact, you can be rest assured that God WILL bless this state for taking the right stand; despite the Democrat Party’s attempts for the last 150 years to tick Him off. Remember, it was YOUR party that pushed so hard for the barbarity of eugenics that you’re only now trying to erase from our memory; and so conveniently leave that fact out of the story. God was watching then too!

  Truth of the matter is all through the 80′s & 90′s when decent Americans urged these vermin to restrain from their depravity just a little bit, all they could say was “Turn the channel”.   You GOTTA wonder how black Christians (or those that “call” themselves such) defend Obama at this point when we have such glaring opposing examples of just what can be achieved by blacks in America these days. Furthermore, what kind of example is a schlubb like Jesse Jackson, Jr. demanding that a new Constitution provide an iPod, and a laptop to every child. The blind depravity in this country just gets more blind by the day.

  I’m not surprised AT ALL about Rove. All the while when America was in LOVE with Rove, including Rush, and Hannity, et al, I knew another Rove that despises Christian, or social conservatives. One of my close relatives, who is a Christian conservative, won a state senate seat 2 terms, back to back in 2000 in a western state in 1 of the most liberal districts in the US. Then, they won the state GOP chair in ‘04. When Bush came to their district to campaign in ‘04 that JERK Rove (or Bush) even allowed them on the same stage. That‘s the tip of the iceberg for the long knives he’s known for ALL OVER TEXAS!

  …and while I’m at it, for that matter, the secularist Libertarians and moderates in this country need to get a reality check news flash! After the most widespread revival in U.S. history, it was a substantial group of Bible-Believing pastors that formed the Black Robe Regiment that were the 1st to grab their guns to fight the British. Point being, going all the way back to the Revolution up to everyone of the most prosperous, and peaceful era’s in U.S. history, NONE, NOT ONE, were ever acquired without the support of Christian conservatives. Go read the ORIGINAL sources about the founders, as opposed to the Progressive Liars of the last century. The Truth Will Set You Free!!

  I am SOO proud of these conservative blacks to FINALLY be restored to their TRUE GREAT HERITAGE that they can now pass down to their children. However, 1.) I’m curious how many blacks have posted on this story. 2.) What creative ways can the Tea Party movement penetrate the black community? While their intentions aren’t bad, I doubt the GOP establishment is any less aware of how to serve the REAL needs of the black community, as in “Teaching a man to fish, rather than giving him a 1/2 lb. brim.”

  I live in Congressional District NC13 that was custom-drawn for the most arrogant, and typical white Democrat elitist, Brad Miller. In ‘06 he had a black (true) conservative challenger, Vernon Robinson. Brad Miller had to bring up Rep-D James Clyburn – SC to protect him so he could go into the black neighborhoods that Robinson had already gone into. Miller won. We have virtually the SAME situation now. A GREAT black man of God, Bill Randall, that’s having a tough time. Can ANY blacks here offer any creative suggestions to help him win?
