  ok then if your taking god out of the schools take my tax payer dollars and give it back to me so I can home school or send my children to private school, that is only fair and watch all the public schools close because everyone else but ******** will do the same and you can fill there kids with garbage. I am so sick of the war against god, children use to pray in school and disipline kids. Look how are kids are now turning out. NYS is ranked 38 amoung 50 states and we pay more per student for education than any other state like 20k per student. I really wish I could move from this place I see everyday how much things have changed for the worst, kids are pushed up into grades when they can’t even do the work in the grade there in just to make parents happy and graduation rates increasethen when they try to go to college or get a job they fail, no more medals and cookies for all,

  we have had gas in water in ny for years and we have no fracking going on. I have seen several places be able to light there water on fire. I am sure they can figure out how to separate it safely by now. I know people that have used the gas to heat there homes I Some people have more than one well and everytime they put in a new dug or drilled well they hit gas. Now public water has been put in and they have the best of both worlds. Its the enviroMENTALists that have freaked out people for there own benefits. We were going to have a wind farm but that was shot down because it will kill to many birds. They like to scare everyone just like the administration so they can have there way.

  I agree with Rick and why I have 2 children in college and they are ******** and if you are a conservative they will give you not only a hard time if they know but poor grades as well. My child was asked in a government class if she was a liberal or conservative and why. She had to tell her teacher why and she said I am not paying for lazy ass people to sit home and collect a welfare check at my expense. I worked hard and they should have to also and drug test them and make them earn there welfare check. He said what about the elderly and my child said that is what family and churches are for. He did not like her answer and when she had to do her final she had to do one on the tea party and republicans. Thank god both go to a Catholic college and the kids are onto Obama and the democratic party. I honestly wished they didn’t go they would have been better off going to a trade school instead and would not be in such debt. I know a 19 year old who went to line man school cost 16000 and 3 months and his first year he made 100,000 with full benefits so how can you stand behind everyone needs to go to college plus government is the only one who does student loans at awful interest rates and it was all wrapped in Obamacare. Who is really benefitting on that one. I am informed and I am glad Rick has the balls to call them out. He has my vote not the fake one Romney.

  no its based on sale price of house and that is determined on what a buyer is willing to pay for that property and also if it goes through a bank what the lenders apprasier also says the property is worth based on current market value using 3 sales and listings that match that property in that area and must be no less than 6 months old. Banks are way more strict now that the bubble burst

  I never vote for Chuck Schumer ewww upstate ny is mostly conservative republicans and we pay for that stinken city I wish we could make them a district and cut them off like dc our taxes would be cut in half overnight I‘m sure I pray we get some good people to run against them that don’t have hidden skeletons because we always seem to get one like when we got stuck with DeeDee Scozofava, as soon as I saw working families I knew (Progressive) oh no way I voted for the tea party candidate and he almost one and wished he would of everyday. Then we got stuck with Bill Owens who voted for everything Obama wanted including stimulis bill, he came up for re election and would of lost if the 3rd party candidates name was removed because he decided not to run but they left his name on the ballot and so Bill Owens won but he won’t next time. I think that was intentional too.

  I am a realtor and I refuse to play there game I refuse to join rpac and never contributed any of them in office. We get paid commission only and when the market is really bad and it was I have to get off my butt and work harder because we are self employed which means no unemployment however buck up 1/3 of your income to taxes and all your expenses up front. I am a honest realtor I sell where I live for a small private company because I know my area and I want people to say I love my house not omg she sold me a piece of crap I also tell my clients the truth like when a bank pre approves you for a amount remember you still have to eat, pay your utilites, etc… Also I make them have a home inspections because I have seen to many homes explode with gas leaks and thats the only way you can find them and everything else I can’t see. I believe in Carma too and I will never screw anyone over because I would never want anyone to do it to me and it has happened to me. I educate my clients and help them and if they are not already friends they become my friends during and after. If I had to be a crook I would turn in my license because that is not me. Also these towns are screwing people in taxes and they have not gone down even though values have and that ****** me off I have written letters to the editor but nothing I don’t blame Glenn for leaving NY and the only reason I stay is family and faith and friends We have a awesome church and community here.

  one more thing these shelters save peoples lives. Me and my children lived in a domestic violence shelter for a month. My ex husband like to beat us and pull guns on us. He drank 3 cases of beer a week and was a controlling evil man. I started our life over. We could not get help because I worked part time so we had to eat deer meat for 6 weeks straight because that was all we had. My friends and the church helped us not government and I thank god everyday for the new life I have. We still have our struggles but it makes us better human beings and I am grateful for what I have and grateful I don’t have to live in fear. My girls have turned out great and 2 are in college and I was blessed they didn’t grow up screwed up. I have a awesome 2nd husband that turned out to be the dad they never had and never treated them like they were not his. These places do make a difference and I am proof of that.
