  • Florida Stand Your Ground Law:
A person is presumed to have held a reasonable fear of imminent peril of death or great bodily harm to himself or herself or another when using defensive force that is intended or likely to cause death or great bodily harm to another if:
    (a) The person against whom the defensive force was used was in the process of unlawfully and forcefully entering, or had unlawfully and forcibly entered, a dwelling, residence, or occupied vehicle, or if that person had removed or was attempting to remove another against that person’s will from the dwelling, residence, or occupied vehicle

Okay so where in this stupid case does this seem to apply? I will say based on what has been seen so far Zimmerman is guilty of murder since Trayvon wasnt breaking into Zimmermans house or property but merely walking through his neighborhood. However I will not judge but let the courts hear all the evidence and decide. That is justice in our great Republic. But all these knuckleheads on both sides passing judgement based on blotchy info and mere gut feelings are turning this thing into a circus of extremism. Everyone just needs to shut up and let the courts do their job and whatever the outcome may be will be justice served. I am sure many other Americans were killed that day why should we focus just on this one? Oh yea cuz the MSM and nutjobs on both sides told you to

  • Yea because god forbid you be able to make a conscious decision about what does or does not go into your own body. Lets ban sodas next, caffeine is a drug and it makes people jittery sometimes. Then we will ban cigarettes, alcohol, chewing tobacco, tea, and keep going until every last human is 100% drug free. Meanwhile we will militarize the police and raid citizens homes (sometimes the wrong home) and terrorize them with SWAT teams and if a few hundred of those “drug users” get shot now and then just chalk it up to the War on Drugs! We can continue to dump billions into this war through militarization of the police, incarceration costs for those nasty criminals and an unsecured (and not intended to be secured) southern border where the majority of those nasty drugs come through! You my friend need to watch what you wish for. I myself do not use drugs but I stand for drug users freedoms for fear that when they are done with them they will come for mine next

  • BERNBART, Just because you say something does not make it so. This is not a Democracy we live in it is a Constituitional Republic. You and your kind have twisted the American people into believing that nonsense for the past 100 years but the proof lies in plain sight. The first sentence of the Pledge of Allegiance states “I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the REPUBLIC for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all” Nowhere in there did I see Democracy. But its ok I can see why you would want to switch to a Democracy instead of a Republic if you had more nefarius reasons. Definiton of a Republic: A republic is a form of government in which the government is officially apportioned to the control of the people, or a significant portion of which, and where offices of state are subsequently directly or indirectly elected or appointed. Cant really get anything you want accomplished if all those pesky people are standing in your way. Then we go to definition of a Democracy:Democracy is an egalitarian form of government in which all the citizens of a nation together determine public policy, the laws and the actions of their state, requiring that all citizens (meeting certain qualifications) have an equal opportunity to express their opinion, then all you have to do is sway 51% of the people through handouts, free housing, free paychecks, free food, and other handouts and you achieve your goals

  • BERNBART you’re an idiot, I will simplify libertarian beliefs so you won’t be confused or misled so easily. We libertarians believe in the smallest amount of FEDERAL government as possible, (i.e. the 16 enumerated powers layed out in that old piece of paper, you know that pesky Constitution you despise :) THEN, all other regualtions, rules, laws, ordinances, and so on are regulated by the States. THEN, whatever the States are not allowed to regulate, per that pesky piece of paper, then those rights are reserved to the people. it’s funny because making that definition just described the Constitution in a summed up definition. Funny how that coincides :)

  • The answer to all our problems is hidden right under our noses. You only need to look deeper than what they want you to look. The 13th Ammendment is commonly known to have abolished slavery, tho awesome, it also dealt with people like this man and a vast majority of public officials that plague us today to include our seated President. Heres how the 13th Ammendment reads from Wikipedia as well as many other places if you search it “Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation”
Now, heres what their not showing thats on the original Constitution that also accompanies the 13th Ammendment “If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honor, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them” There is a reason why they wouldnt want to advertise that section and common sense will give you the answer, enjoy

  • Iran and Al Qaeda Teaming Up for Attack on West?

    February 16, 2012 at 1:13pm

    In reply to kangaroo.

WTF Blaze? Since when are you a propaganda mouth for the govt? You title the article “Iran and Al Qaeda Teaming Up for Attack on West” Then it clearly says in the article “Al Qaeda’s main contact in Iran is a Syrian named Yasin al Suri, who the United States has offered a $10 million reward for if captured” meaning it Iran is not working with Al Qaeda but a Syrian inside Iran is, Shame on you. By this definition we teamed up with the Nazis and Hitler because Bush grandaddy was supplying the additive needed for the Luftwaffe for their jet fuel. I see Iraq style propaganda happening all over again, SMH

  • I have been here in Korea since July last year and when I first arrived the Norths people and military were on corn rations. Can you imagine getting a couple of quarts of corn to feed for your family for the month? Thats the only meal they were having all month every month. Defectors tell stories of cannibalism. One of a mother who chopped her son up and cooked him for dinner. Now the North is on the verge of wide spread famine because of poor crops the past two years. Soon, when the peopel are starving enough, they will either rise up against these animals or we will witness a mass exodus out of that place. Probably into China since we have mines laced along the DMZ, anti tank walls, electric fences and every bridge wired to blow :) Not exactly the least path of resistance lol

  • My car has been broken into three times over the six years I have owned it and not once have the police done anything to try and identify the suspects like fingerprinting or anything. They simply took down the info and said we will investigate it. The second time it got broken into I was stationed at Ft. Irwin, CA and was visiting Las Vegas and was staying at a casino when it got broken into. I called the police and they did there normal question garbage then I went back to base. The casino called me and said they had the tape of two guys breaking into it so I called LVPD and told them to go get the tape. They said I had to come back to Vegas, file a new report for the new evidence, and fill out paperwork to get the casino to release the video to the police dept. Granted I was only two hours away but what if I had been from New York or some place far like that? That makes no sense for someone to have to come back to the place of origin to submit paperwork with all the technology we have today lol. Welcome to Post-Collapse America people

  • Man Arrested, Charged in Florida Abortion Clinic Fire

    January 6, 2012 at 7:24am

    In reply to BigFoot.

“Investigators from a federal joint terrorism task force and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives joined the investigation”
-Whatever happened to the police and fire dept just showing up? The police secure the perimeter, the fire dept puts out the fire and the fire marshall oversees the investigation as to what or who started the fire. Now it might be scary brown people who hate our freedom who start fires so we need big scary sounding federal agencies to keep us safe and show up at every incident the police do decked out in enough gear to make us military people jealous, with tanks and assault rifles (for your protection of course) SMH welcome to the police state people

  • lol very well said Colt, that picture above sums up what you just said. Iran is surrounded by military bases, but somehow they are boogeymen and we should be terrified of them. Reminds me of the garbage we were told as the pretext for invading Iraq. Lies, Lies, Lies, SMH
