  I don’t understand why some people put communism on the left and Fascism or Nazism on the right. They are both on the left, be cause even if the ones on the left have dictators, they are still an oligarchy, needing a group of elitists to maintain rule. The extreme right would actually be anarchists. Those who have no rulers and no laws. That is why our founders understood the intelligence of having a middle approach that allowed for the the maximum personal freedom, tempered by the rule of law by the people being governed.
  Imagine an exercise, Old West Style. A bank is held up by a robber and he escapes out of town. A posse is sent out to get him. Once they find someone, the extreme left oligarchy would have him executed publicly despite his admitted guilt or innocence and made an example of the state for his accused crime. The Anarchists would upon finding the supposed man, find a tree, get a rope and hang him on the spot. Under a rule of law, the accused man would be brought back to town, witnesses would be interviewed, statements would be taken and the man would have a day in court to prove his innocence or guilt. That is why our founders chose the rule of law over the rule of state (the extreme left) or the rule of man (the extreme right).
  Disclaimer: There are many crimes I have seen in which I wonder why we wait for a trial when a bullet and a gun was much faster at dispatching justice, but that is at the end of the day another argument for the rule of law!

  That nailed it for me! I am voting for Newt on Tuesday!! Number one, he doesn’t buy into the framing of the questions by the LSM and he calls them out for not reporting on the more serious problems our country is facing today and how Obama has FAILED on every one of those issues!
