  I saw it prior to him actually speaking. Here is what I noticed… The Marine Corp League backing this man, even when stupidly WRONG. I also noticed that while waiting for the Senator to arrive..one of the EX ( we are all EX if we no longer perform the duties..We become VETERANS) Marines standing to the left of the camera …actually dragging OUR National Flag on the floor and NO ONE told him… so he stood there for more than a while as the flag was on the ground. Sometimes an “NCIS Headslap” is needed to reallign our brain.

  My points..

  Don’t BACK a man if he is DEAD WRONG… but try to correct him and NOT be part of a Dog and Pony Show

  Correct guys who do drag our flag on the ground but beat their chests that they are Veterans. This applies to ALL VETERANS… EX – Whatever. Be smarter than this.Be true to yourself, your family, your God and …yes..your country.

  Oh..PAVNVET …from Western PA here. First Veteran to receive V0001 motorcycle plate and could have had the 3rd Auto plate for Vietnam behind Con. Ridge and Sen. Robbins.

  I wonder how many REAL Marines that some of these pukes made an impression on. Marines are no better prepared to distiguish a fake as any other service. You need to have the Resources and the will to out them.

  I know a few SEAL members but I remember when I went to Washington DC for the dedication of the statue of the 3 men…I never saw so many SEAL members, and SF Members of the other branches. in my life. All I was wondering was…. I didn’t think there were so many of them in Vietnam. I worked with the 5th SF in III Corp ( I am not SF my any stretch of my own imagination) The Teams were very small. I was also in country when my cousin was there as well. He was SOF Combat Control USAF..there wasn’t many of them as well. All I know is, WANNABEES destroy true Valor. I am a backer of the Stolen Valor Law and feel lying like this is not “freedom of speech” IMHO.

  Maybe just spray them with flammable liquids and …well you figure out what happens next.. LOL Or… what if they sit back and shoot off the nozzles that stick out over the deck..then all the water would shoot straight out in a known pattern allowing them to board the conventional Pirate way.

  Part of the NO GUN policy is brought on by the cargo receiving port/country. They do not want citizens of other countries armed in the borders of their countries while the ship is in port. Maybe they should build floating Docks to unload a ship outside territorial waters. During the Vietnam War we had many Floating Dry Docks to raise ships for hull repairs. But, we seem to have left them there when we pulled out in 1975. The technology is old and still holds merit… and you can be armed on the high seas. JMO

  Thanks… It took a few years to put together my case on concussion .. I would get frustrated and not appeal…that is what I did wrong. I was finally awarded over 20 years ago. As far as Agent Orange (Dioxin) I didn’t get a presumptive for 40 years… I was diagnosed recently and the paperwork is in. with the backlog..it may be a few months but they are giving me treatment, supplies and meds right now.   Here is the crux… I think I may have 20 years before my Dirt Nap and I worry, no one will keep the fight on a roll and not with each other.

  You use Brecksville.. VISN 10, I use Pittsburgh/Butler.. VISN4. I have friends in the Cleveland system who seem to like it. I work for our region to do what it has to do for all the Vets, new and old. And no..I don’t get paid LOL. All my Legislators and Hospital Admin, know me. I put a lot of time and work into the issues. I am member of the VFW, AL and DAV. I prefer the DAV as a VSO but use my County VA Director for most. Ohio has them as well.
