  I make lots of money. I certainly feel I should pay more money into the sytsem that has blessed me. My effective tax rate last year was 19%. A flat tax is the only way to make it work without this constant battle of taxes wasting our time. Once the government can show me any sign that they can responsibly spend the money I give them I have no problem paying more. Get more from these sleezy corporations that rape me every chance they get, give less to lifetime leaches draining the system, and stop convincing illegals we owe them financial support, schooling, and free health care.
