  Im not for drug use. But the current system we have is not working. We have the biggest prison population in the world. We have a uneven amount of minorties in prison. The government along with the nig banks are the drug dealers. In two year wells fargo/wachovia made 257$ BILLION off drug money. Im not lying folks.
