  “According to the New York Times, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit acknowledged the officers used excessive force and said should they use the device in such a manner again, it would “cross a constitutional line,” but they were within their rights according to the law at the time.”
  If they were within their rights at that time and the law hasn’t changed, then they would be within their rights the next time they use it. It’s incredible, the left complained about excessive force and police using guns. So tasers, etc were developed and used. Now the left is complaining about tasers, etc and trying to limit/eliminate the police from using them. Maybe the left believe that the police should issue a nice engraved invitation for people breaking the law to conform with society’s laws. or do they believe that there are no laws and people should be free to do whatever they want?

  The people allowed to have the medication are the people that have a valid prescription from the doctor. If you don’t have a prescription in your name and you take the drugs, it is drug abuse. Financial status has nothing to do with it. If the rich socialite in your example was taking medication prescribed for someone else, she would be arrested too.

  TEAMARCHESON: Obviously you‘re just spouting catchphrases you’ve been taught to use. Sodom & Gamorrah were destroyed due to their decadent lifestyles that they refused to give up, incuding homosexuality. It’s where the term sodomy came from.   2 things: #1) He’s a student, he does NOT have a right to wear what he wants. Several court cases have established that schools can set standards of what‘s accepted and what’s not and #2) As far as the claim on the shirt, Jesus said love the sinner, hate the sin. And The Bible does say homosexuality is a sin. # words for you: Sodom and Gamorrah.

  Mr De Wesselow: In your theory how do you explain the lack of a body in the shroud? Seems that it’d take more than an “optical illusion” to hide the body. Also, Jesus appeared to people after His Resurrection in places other than the tomb. Were these also “optical illusions” of some type?

  Too bad the video didn’t actually show the weapon in operation. I’m a little concerned about the space between the barrel and the body of the pistol where the bullets are exposed. Seems to me that a lot of gas would escape there possible hitting your fingers.
