  You say you want the Constitution. Look at those who know and love it best. My opinion, Newt does that. I don’t know about the global warming issue, that concerns me, but there is a concern with all of the candidates. In the end, Newt will ultimately say, as he did last night, “I am not a scientist” (BTW, I am one), and look at the best data available.

  Look at his plan for “Executive Orders”. Submit yours. I think it is a great idea, and I believe he will allow us to have a say. He has personal baggage, i.e. divorce, etc. However, he is 67 years old with children and grandchildren! “Let him among us without sin cast the first stone”. He is an honorable man, and perhaps as importantly, he can clean the floor with Obama. Why do you think the “Lamestream” media don’t cover him. The really fear either him or Ron Paul. This country desperately wants to move to the right!

  Has she ever read the Constitution? Compete globally? Lower corporate income tax rate, repatriate dollars overseas. She is long on rhetoric and short on facts. Don’t love this country? How many of us have served for our country…did she?

  Frankly, I never eat at those restaurants either. Maybe something in my “gut” told me not to. Crummy food as well as crummy patriotism. Wanna bet that CEO never served in the Armed Forces. Disrespect is in part a function of getting things for free. If you don’t have to pay for it, time, money or talent, it is worthless to you. Look at Israel and Switzerland for example. These are a proud people who ALL serve at some point in their lives. Some will say that this is a return to a “military” state. Bless our service men. When the US gets crazy, they will remember their oath to “Protect Honor and Defend”…against all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC. I took that oath and plan to keep it until they plant me…WITH A US FLAG BY THE WAY.

  Why the heck doesn’t Newt get more time. He would wipe the floor with Obama in a debate. He’s a leader, look what he did in bringing the dems and repubs together on balancing the budget. Under his guidance, we had a balanced budget, though Clinton takes credit for it. Just like a democrat, if things go badly (Bush), blame it on the Repub. If things go well, take credit for it (Osama being one of them). Newt is one of the brightest stars up there. He gets almost no time..much like Paul. Again, the liberal media focuses on the “wuss” candidates, as they want them to run against the POTUS. How dumb are the American people? We get what we deserve. Look at http://www.GOOOH and see how We the People can change things.

  Wish I could get my name of these points. Afraid Obama will give me a tax audit like he did Beck.

  I am sore afraid that he may try to back door this. I don’t think this will happen, he’s just trying to paint the repubs as caring for the rich only. Read AP and Washington press where the totally refute the claims BHO has made, re: the tax burden on people of all economic classes

  I was so for Newt because of his honesty and his “Pledge to America” in the 90′s. He does have a lot of great ideas. the problem is that I don’t think he will get behind his own ideas. He will do what is politically expedient. We need to get rid of Congress first, then we can tackle the president.

  I think the demographics are against him. The “baby boomers” don’t trust him (as well they shouldn’t) and they are more likely to vote than the youth…those folks are too interested in MTV. The biggest groups to be afraid of are:
  1. Illegal Immigrants
  2. Prisoners
  3. Dead people

  Clearly he will carry the minorities. Seriously, has anyone thought about just leaving the country? It really is going to hell. Where would you go? I have been trying to figure that one out.
