  • @ MEEESTER. Who cares? Don’t be trying to “play the race card” on this before any other facts are known. This should be simply an issue of an unruly passenger being ejected from the bus, and other passengers interfering with that. Try the same thing on an airline passenger plane and you’ll find yourself arrested by the FBI for interfering with the flight crew. No matter what color you are or what ethnic background you come from. End of story.

  • Sounds to like this driver needed to tell the jackasses riding her bus who were interfering and harassing her about kicking the unruly passenger off that Federal Transportaion Regulations prohibit anyone from interfering with the operation of the bus. When the bus leaves the terminal the driver has the the same responsibility for the safe operation of the bus as the Captain, (pilot) on an airline, or the Captain of a ship. Bottom line stay in your seat except to use the lavatory, ( if there is one), converse in quiet and civil manner with fellow passengers, and only when abolutely necessary with the drive. Otherwise, just find a seat, get in it, stay in it, and shut the hell up, and do not interfere in matters of safety being addressed by the driver. This driver’s decision may not have been the best one she could have made, but knowing from both experience and first hand information from friends in the industry I am not surprised at her decision in light of the hostile, often even toxic work environment being experienced by anyone working in the industry of transporting people. In the airline industry for example we still have idiot robotic slugs working for TSA, and all local police forces who just blindly follow all the stupid policies of political correctness being spewed by DHS; rather than taking responsibility for educating and informing themselves about what really works for screening passengers without treating uniformed crew members like criminals.

  • The new policy of allowing homosexuals to serve “openly” is almost certainly going to create some problems and difficulties. There are other countries that have done this, (I believe Britain is one) and it seems to have eventually worked out ok. Most leaders in the U.S. military are very good at adapting and dealing with this sort of thing. There have been some very serious problems having women serving in combat units also, including high pregnancy rates among unmarried women etc. The military establishment does not like to talk about it because when they do they are unmercifully pounced upon by the militant femenist organizations and the complicit media wonks.

Here is a message to all you young homosexual guys currently serving. Respect yourself by not being foolish and endangering you health, and potentially that of someone you care about. Respect the people around you at all times because your life depends on them, and theirs depends on you.

I will tell you that I have no respect for our current Commander in Chief as a leader, or as a citizen executive and administrator. He hates the United States and is trying very hard to destroy as much of our private sector economy, and our military capability as he can. If you love your country and believe in our constitutional form of government you must strive at all times to do what is best for your country, and your branch of service until we are able to elect a better person as our leader.

  • I keep my “sex life” private too. Allowing other people to know that I am homosexual does not mean I’m going around blabbing about what I may or may not do or want to do with another person. Wish I could say the same for a lot of heterosexuals. Not all of you are good at keeping those nitty gritty (TMI) details to yourselves. In fact a huge number of heterosexuals seem to be so insecure about their own sexual “identity” that they feel the need to continually make lewd and grossly disrespectful comments about women in general, and in many cases women that they know, because they seem to think this will make certain the everyone around them will have no doubts about their sexual identity. Makes you wonder why they would think other people would think they might be something other than heterosexual.

  • @ RangerP again. There is a book, ( banned in the United States, and I can prove it because I tried to order a second copy and the publisher returned my check saying they were under court order to not print more copies.) The book was written by a medical doctor/ researcher who publicly injected himself with live HIV. His research proved that the “AIDS” virus in a healthy person is harmless. The research proved that the vast majority of “AIDS” cases were the result of heavy use of drugs, including the drug called “poppers” where the chemical is inhaled. A glass ampule encased in cloth is broken and the vapors inhaled. I think the chemical is amil nitrite. This chemical is extremely, super destructive to the immune system. One dose can render a detectable suppression of immune capacity. The next worse thing is intravenus drug use. The worst part is not what can be transmitted by the users sharing needles, but the damage done to the immune system by the chemical, mostly heroine or some form of cocaine. The book was banned because the big pharmaceutical and medical establishment would have lost billions. It has been 15 years since I read the book. But, it answers many important questions about the HIV/ AIDS issue.

Bottom line. There have always been homosexuals serving in our military and there always will be. Most have served honorably and respected and valued their fellow service members as friends, not sex objects.

  • @ RangerP. Thanks for your service. I served too. Navy, 1965 to 1969. Army National Guard and Army Reserve 1976 to 1996. Advanced to the rank of Master Sergeant. In those days many accomodations on Navy ships provided a lot less personal privacy than they do today. Same was true of “in-garrison” facilities in the Army until the early 80′s. I can tell you it is a hardwired orientation, (an accident of nature? ). The important thing is being true to how you were raised, and taught to act and interact with other people. Show respect. Be respected. I did not serve in combat situations during my time in the Guard and Army reserve, but in numerous highly realistic infantry traing scenarios situations such as you describe with several soldiers huddling together under ponchos to stay warm, did occur. I can assure you that even though there were individuals present that I may have considered “attractive” in a social venue no thought of anything except staying warm, and staying alert enough to detect the possible approach of opfors ever crossed my mind. There may some guys serving who cannot control their sexual urges, but most of us are able to focus on mission first/ survival first.

I suspect that among the CDC stats you cite there are also some that show drug use being more rampant in the black population than other segments. Sadly they prey on each other, the dealers dealing more to their own race.

  • 1. Go back and read the article. Large property, no on-street parking/conjestion issue.

    2. The ordinance says any Religious, fraternal, or social organization. RELIGIOUS ! ! !?????

    3. The U.S. Constitution, Amendment 1 explicitly prohibits Congress from making any law prohibiting the free exercise of religion. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land. If Congress “shall make no law prohibiting the free exercise of religion” then neither shall anyone else. Yes even San Juan Capistrano, California. This law is in direct and blatant violation of the first amendment. Direct and blatant violation. Get it?

  • You’re right nuttyvet. Obey the damn laws. And in case you have forgotten the supreme law of the land is the United States Constitution, which you may recall, being a vet and all, you once took an oath to support and defend against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Well, I submit to you here that the city of San Juan Capistrano is in direct and blatant violation of the first amendment to that Constitution, which says that Congress shall make no law prohibiting the free exercise of religion. And that means that if Congress is prohibited from making such a law so is everyone else.

I seriously doubt that there is a judge on any bench in that Socialist Mecca of California who has the guts, if this case were brought to his court; to declare this stupid affront to the U. S. Constitution and insult to every veteran who has ever taken the oath to defend it; UNCONSTITUTIONAL ! And to order the city to cease and desist any enforcement of same immediately, and to return all monies collected from fines levied under this attrocity, and to pay all the legal fees of the plaintiffs. I suggest that anyone in San Juan Capistrano who wants to live where the state is the church, and the church is the state, and government “imams” can make and enforce such laws; you may wish to consider moving to Saudi Arabia, or Egypt, or Syria. Remember, against ALL ENEMIES, foreign and DOMESTIC. People who write and support this kind of law are domestic enemies of the Constituti

  • When your property has ample space for parking and no street conjestion is caused there is no “disrespect” being shown. Get a life, busy body; and stop trying to use the police power of the government to disrespect the rights of your neighbors which are supposed to be protected by the U.S. Constitution.

  • Once his parents were able to determine that his interest and experiments were not a danger to him or to them I’m sure they both helped and encouraged him a lot. The primary responsibility for the education of children rests with the parents, including that they do all possible to insure that what happens in public schools is education not indoctrination. The tone of your comment sounds like you are envious of this young man, and jealous that you either do not have the same level of IQ, and/or did not have the same parental support. So, why don’t you expend some effort to learn something and actually go to the mental floss site. Or are negative platitudes your only forte?
