  REALLY? Christians DO NOT seek to follow pagan festivals. What’s SO special about October 31, to a Christian, that they should DO anything? Christians HAVE days of observance FROM the Almighty Creator God Himself:

  1 – And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
  2 – “Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘The feasts of the LORD, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, these are My feasts.

  Notice, not “feasts of the Jews”, nor “feasts of the Israelites”, not even “feast of the pagans”, but “FEASTS OF THE LORD”. Yes, these are days that Almighty God has proclaimed that we (humanity) observe (and for practical reason, but that is for another post). And, ONLY these days:

  29 – “When the LORD your God cuts off from before you the nations which you go to dispossess, and you displace them and dwell in their land,
  30 – take heed to yourself that you are not ensnared to follow them, after they are destroyed from before you, and that you do not inquire after their gods, saying, ‘How did these nations serve their gods? I also will do likewise.’
  31 – You shall not worship the LORD your God in that way; for every abomination to the LORD which He hates they have done to their gods; …

  DON’T FALL FOR IT PEOPLE! We all have libraries and encyclopedias and Holy Bibles. Five minutes of research SHOWS the pagan roots and practices of these “holidays” UNCHANGED!

  Jesus-Ween? This is EXACTLY how “Saturnalia” became “Christmas” — take a pagan celebration, change the “interpretation” of it’s symbols, and proclaim that “Christian”. Pathetic.

  Since “Christmas” really has nothing to do with “Christ” but everything to do with paganism (just check ANY encyclopedia for it’s history and customs), this is actually a GOOD THING. Too bad it takes communists’ POLITICAL CORRECTNESS to expose Christmas for the pagan “winter festival” it is.
