• No argument; this lawsuit is ridiculous. The bulk of the comments on this page, however, are disgusting. Being white and conservative, I am constantly arguing that racism has absolutely nothing to do with conservatives, Tea Partiers, Republicans, Libertarians, et al… but a great number of posts above only prove the outspoken liberals correct. Incredibly disappointing.

  • Palin may not be the best option for the Right, but she‘s definitely received more than her fair share of attacks since ’08. If those opposed truly “underestimate” her (which I doubt), why, then, expend so much energy on defaming her? Wouldn’t they find more purchase going after “worthy” opponents?

  • Wouldn’t it have been better to tell the truth in the first place? It‘s a legitimate reason and I’m sure Fisher would’ve appreciated the honesty more than being lied to.

  • Not really a wise business move – alienating a large portion of the population for a political foot-stamping I’ve never purchased a product as a result of during which show their commercials were advertised. Good marketing of a good product is all I’ve ever required. In general, a company shouldn’t care about the politics of their customers.. as long as someone is buying.

  • I don’t like Behar, but let’s be honest. Angle wasn’t doing something genuinely nice. She was thumbing her nose at Behar. Angle would be better served if she behaved more maturely.

  • The more he talks, the worse of a case he makes. Honestly, he was better off sitting quietly while the rest of us duked it out; made him look trodden upon. In light of this recent statement along with his “warning” that violence around the world would ensue if the GZ Mosque wasn’t built at that location, it’s becoming more and more difficult to view him as reasonable and truly desirous of healing wounds. Where’s the compassion and sensitivity from him and his ilk, that he demands of the rest of us?

Actually, GraceSullivan, I think politicians need to stop weighing in on this issue and frankly don‘t see anything wrong with Obama’s statements on the Mosque. We are blessed to have the freedom of religion and our leaders should not be trying to interfere. They’ve politicized these issues, where politics should not butt in.

That’s rich. Conservatives and FOX hate the troops? Funny, but I’ve NEVER heard any of them refer to our military as “baby killers…”

  • You must have missed all the shows on FOX denouncing burning the Koran. All those “hateful, racist conservatives” are using the same argument for Koran burning that they used for the Ground Zero Muslim Center; You have the right to do so, but should you? Yep, clear evidence of racism and hate. //rolls eyes

  • The only thing missing from his passionate speech was the phrase, “in a van, down by the river,” while twisting his pants up. What a mess.
