  These “policies” are total BS. And “The policy is on the menu,” is BS too. Mark it on the dang door when you walk in. Big and Bold. No one’s looking for the 5, FIVE? people or more auto-grat policy on a menu on the first page, before the breakfast items, at 7PM when they sit down.

  All this crap about, service will suffer if you disincentivise by taking out tip is BS too. Restaurants LOVE not having to pay their employees. Where else in business do you get tipped to do a good job? You don’t, but people are still doing their job well in every other business. It goes kind of like this, “Do your damn job, do it well, or your ass is fired.” So what does a restaurant manager do anyway? Since their servers are working for tips, they don’t have to worry about managing their workers. I guess all that, making the servers fill in their own schedules, must be really taxing on the managers. Yes raise the price of your items 20% and get rid of the tip. No one at In-N-Out gets tips and every kid there is smiling their ass off when I order.

  Oh, and if you try to lock my ass in a room, I’m going to go “Occupy” on your ass and start breaking windows…out. Hopefully I ‘missed’ the sign on the door that said “No firearms” on my way in too. ;)

  When the makers become outnumbered by the takers, do the makers stop paying taxes? It only makes sense to rebel once this happens. Someone who doesn’t pay taxes, telling us what we should pay, doesn’t sound like representation to me. It sounds like robbery by majority.
