  I’m inclined to believe Ventura for some reason. The sniper seemed a little hesitant while telling the story. Perhaps it was merely someone who resembled Ventura and it made for a better story to say it was he.

  Come on people. Get real. Even if he’s over the line by a couple of inches, that’s a fraction of a percentage of the entire distance from half court to the hoop. It doesn’t diminish the significance of the achievement or the difficulty of the shot. He made the shot from a pretty darn exact half-court mark. To refuse to pay a promised prize is just petty and sour.

  Gingrich is such a hypocrite. He complains bitterly over negative ads when his own baggage provides his opponents with ample ammunition and then promptly does the exact same thing he claims to abhor: he runs negative ads himself. He can spin the “truth” as much as you want, but he’s still a hypocrite.

  If you are black and live in Europe, you are called what? “African American” is just plain silly. People of the Mongoloid race are generally referred to as “Asians”, perhaps black people should simply be “Africans”.

  Anyone else remember the debate where Rick Santorum asked Romney a question and then while Romney tried to respond, Rick was interrupting and talking on top of him. Romney finally got a few words in when Rick started shouting, “Your time is up!” Classy.

  Those of you complaining that the media supports Romney and attributing that to his success aren’t watching the same TV or listening to the same radio as I am.
