Author says the impending future requires better education

Today on "Glenn," Glenn Beck expressed admiration of Ray Kurzweil, one of the leading futurists in the world. He asked Danielle DiMartino Booth, author of "Fed Up: An Insider's Take on Why the Federal Reserve is Bad for America," how we weather impending economic change due to technological innovation.

Booth answered that we have stopped educating our children, and that "we could have a nation of innovators today," but instead we have teacher's unions. She sees the American education system as broken by generations of politicians who have not truly put children first.
