Author: When companies hire poorly it is far more costly than you would think
July 27, 2017
Brand success depends on what’s going on internally in any company that wants to inspire its customers and clientele. “Friction” author Jeff Rosenblum discovered this when he looked at a study on twenty self made billionaires.
He found that only one percent of leaders were good at simultaneously setting priorities, hiring effectively, and communicating clearly. He also found that bad hiring can cost companies three times the base salary of the employee.
Rosenblum told Glenn Beck that TheBlaze has nailed hiring on today’s “Glenn.”
