Freedom Caucus offers plan for getting things done which may surprise some in Congress: Try working
June 07, 2017
Today the Freedom Caucus proposed Congress work through the August recess to deal with health care, infrastructure, appropriation, tax reform and the budget, all of which have taken a back seat to hearings regarding alleged Russian interference in the election.
Ohio Congressman Jim Jordan (R) told Dana Loesch on "Dana" today he wants to get the work done that Americans elected Congress to do.
He pointed out that his constituents are working in August. Why can't Congress? Meanwhile the Democrats focus constantly on Russia.
"If we in fact need to be here in August, then we should stay and do the work," he concluded.
