Rev. Al Sharpton comes out of the woodwork and has a few words for Jerry Jones -- calls for boycotts
October 10, 2017
Rev. Al Sharpton spoke out on behalf of Jamele Hill who was suspended by ESPN after she called the president a "white supremacist" on social media and for calling a boycott of the national anthem via a series of tweets (she sounds like a great gal already, doesn't she?).
She's really not worth a breath, but someone stuck a microphone in front of Rev. Al Sharpton again and he defended (as he would) the suspended ESPN anchor and condemned Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys for insisting that players honor the flag and the national anthem or simply not play. You can read Sarah Taylor's full story on Jones' decision here.
Pat had some fun with the reverend today and called him out for his utter hypocrisy when it comes to race relations in the U.S.
What do you think of Jerry Jones' decision?
