A Swedish councilman has introduced a proposal that would allow municipal employees a paid break to go home and do the dirty. The country's fertility rate has been steadily declining for decades.
Per-Erik Muskos hopes that by having this extra paid time off, it will not only improve those rates, but also improve employees' personal relationships and moral around the office.
