Watch: Billionaire creates anti-Trump impeachment ad but can't articulate a legitimate reason

Tom Steyer launched an impeachment campaign against the president said to be worth as much as $10 million. The progressive activist, billionaire, and major Democratic donor claimed President Trump has:

• "Brought us to the brink of nuclear war."
• "Obstructed justice in the FBI."
• "And in direct violation of the Constitution, has taken money from foreign governments ..."
• " ... and threatened to shut down news organizations that report the truth."
