Rodrigo Alves, the man known as the 'Human Ken Doll,' has undergone a whopping 59 elective surgeries, the most recent of which was a $25,000 hair transplant intended to make him "more delicate looking." According to a story in The Sun, Alves is now making plans to gradually "live as a woman."
