CR Editor-In-Chief Mark Levin started his radio show Friday evening arguing that Republicans didn’t really ever want to repeal Obamacare, because otherwise they would have simply tried to repeal the whole thing.
“Does the Republican healthcare plan repeal Obamacare… or any significant part of Obamacare?” Levin asked his audience. “Did the Republicans not say that they would repeal Obamacare and replace it?”
Levin unearthed a plan first promoted by former House Majority Leader Eric Cantor to show how liberal Republicans did not want free market health care.
In explaining his argument, Levin read from CR Senior Editor Daniel Horowitz’s article on how too many Republicans really support government-run health care.
