BlazeTV's Eric Bolling, host of "AMericA," joined Glenn Beck on Wednesday's radio program to give his reaction to President Donald Trump's border security speech from the Oval Office, as well as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer's rebuttal following the Tuesday night address.
"[Trump] didn't want to do the speech," Eric noted. "He feels those are a little bit more photo op-ish than any substantive action, but he's entrenched. He's dug in. He's not gonna give up without a fight.
"There were a few minutes, I think, where he was making his case for what could be his declaration of a national emergency to get some of the wall funding," Eric continued. "I don't know that the best route is to declare a national emergency but find the funding ... then we can move on."
"Look, this wall funding, this wall, this whole debate, it's all political," he said. "You and I have both talked about how many times Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, [Barack] Obama, [Hillary] Clinton, [Dianne] Feinstein have all been on record, on tape, saying they're for stronger borders and stronger immigration policy. This is all about politics. In fact, Schumer was willing to do $25 billion if he got what he wanted in DACA, so this is all BS politicking."
