Glenn Beck: After watching SOTU from inside the chamber, 'I came away with respect for how restrained this president was'
February 07, 2019
'You don't see the people on the left, and how they treat him'
On Thursday's radio program, Glenn Beck talked about what it was like to watch President Donald Trump's State of the Union address from inside the chamber.
From his seat in the gallery, Glenn watched how Democratic members of Congress behaved toward the president, who actually displayed remarkable restraint in the face of their complete lack of respect.
"What I saw on television in clips was different than what I saw when I was there," Glenn said. "You don't see the people on the left, and how they treat him."
"I came away with respect for how restrained this president was," he added.
