GOP Senators 'going to sink their own ship': Jon Miller calls out 'RINOs' poised to reject Trump's border emergency

Host of "The White House Brief," Jon Miller discussed the likelihood that Senate Republicans will vote against President Donald Trump's declaration of a national emergency to secure the funds necessary to build the wall on the U.S.-Mexico border.

"When it comes to securing the border, Republicans are going to sink their own ship," Jon said. "You've got virtue-signaling RINOs (Republican-in-name-only) and then you've got libertarians ... [who] when it comes time to finally show up to the table on something that really, really matters, i.e. protecting our border so that you can protect freedom for every American, they cozy up to the left.

"Guess what, you're not going to have any freedom without a border," he added. "Right now, you guys [GOP senators] are voting against those principles because you are actually preventing the president from carrying out his Constitutionally delegated authority to protect our national security. Trump absolutely, absolutely has the authority to declare a national emergency for a border wall, and anyone who says he doesn't, simply doesn't know what they're talking about."
