Why is Mueller so confused?

On Thursday's episode of "White House Brief": "Can we officially hit snooze on Mueller? His performance at the hearing yesterday, which the Democrats begged for, was a total disaster. He came off as bumbling and fumbling, and now it's plain for all to see: The investigation was a farce. Then, Jessica Yaniv, a transgender woman, filed complaints against 16 different estheticians who refused to wax her junk. Yaniv is a problematic character for a list of reasons and makes it painfully clear that women and girls are the ones who will suffer under the trans movement."
