Is porn REALLY that bad for you?

On Monday's episode of "Louder with Crowder," Steven Crowder talked about "No Nut November," a viral internet trend that challenges men to abstain from masturbation for one month and specifically lists "no porn" among its five cardinal rules.

According to Crowder, many of the men who have sworn off pornography for the sake of the challenge have decided to give up the habit for good after realizing the negative physical and psychological effects.
