As news of the deadly shooting unfolded in California, MSNBC riled many by reporting the status of the local Planned Parenthood clinic.

According to multiple tweets, the liberal cable-news network noted that the abortion provider's San Bernardino location was OK and that there had been no gunfire there.

MSNBC also reported the Planned Parenthood's proximity to the social services center where at least 14 were killed and 17 wounded.

MSNBC's report comes after a gunman killed three individuals and wounded others last week at a Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood clinic.

Many blasted the network for the rush to connect the two incidents.
